FuzeMCP provides a platform that turns REST APIs into MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Users can define tools, configure endpoints, and obtain hosted MCP endpoints for use with compatible AI clients.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service
- Exceed the rate limits or usage quotas of your plan
- Use the Service to proxy malicious content or attacks
5. Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
FuzeMCP is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service ceases. Your data will be retained for 30 days after termination.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
